Operator and scope

Driven Communications operates Rose Intelligence for authorized work performed on behalf of Rose Pest Solutions. This policy covers the Rose Intelligence web application and its Google Analytics connection.

Information the application handles

• Workspace account names, roles, authentication records and security events.
• A stable Google account identifier, encrypted OAuth credentials and the owner-approved Google Analytics property selection. The application does not request the Google email scope.
• Aggregate Google Analytics reporting results for approved dates and metrics. The connector does not request user-level Analytics records.
• Evidence files, source mappings, report drafts, review decisions, exported decks and operational logs supplied or created by authorized operators.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate authorized operators, retrieve read-only marketing measurements, reconcile source totals, produce forecasts and intelligence, prepare monthly reports, preserve review evidence and protect the workspace. Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing reporting functions.

Google API data

Rose Intelligence complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Analytics access uses the analytics.readonly permission and is limited to resources an owner explicitly approves. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or transferred for unrelated purposes.

Disclosure and service providers

Access is limited to authorized Rose and Driven Communications operators. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to host the application, encrypted database, private file storage and approved backup service. It is not sold or shared with data brokers. A provider may receive data when required to deliver its contracted infrastructure service or when disclosure is required by law.

Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained until an authorized owner disconnects the source, replaces the connection or the grant is revoked. Reporting evidence, audit records and released client materials may be retained for historical accuracy, legal obligations and recovery. Protected backups can remain until their stated retention period expires. Requests to disconnect Google access or address retained data should be sent to the contact below. Revoking the Rose Intelligence grant in the Google Account also stops future token use.

Security

The application uses encrypted credential storage, private evidence storage, role-based access, source-resource approval, protected releases and security logging. No system can promise absolute security; access and suspected incidents should be reported promptly.
