ROSE INTELLIGENCE
Terms of use
These terms govern authorized use of the private Rose Intelligence reporting and decision-support application operated by Driven Communications for Rose Pest Solutions.

Rose Intelligence is provided for authorized Driven Communications and Rose Pest Solutions reporting work. Users must protect their credentials, use only approved company resources and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Data and source permissions
Users may connect, upload or approve only data they are authorized to use. Provider permissions remain subject to the provider’s own terms. OAuth credentials, exports and private reports must not be copied into public repositories, unapproved services or unsecured messages.
Review responsibility
Dashboards, forecasts and generated decks support professional judgment. An authorized operator must review source definitions, reconciliations, claims and the final native presentation before anything is delivered to a client. Historical, provisional and modeled values must remain identified as such.
Availability and changes
The application may be changed, suspended or restricted to protect data, correct reporting or maintain infrastructure. Access may be revoked when a user no longer needs the workspace or does not follow these terms.
Ownership
Rose and third-party names, trademarks, source data and creative materials remain the property of their respective owners. The application does not grant rights beyond the authorized reporting engagement.
